Preview area (red borders) is not shown

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I installed the app and I set a preview area. After that I installed 
Proofer.apk on a Samsung Galaxy S phone, I opened the app on the phone, I 
opened the application on my Win 7 system and when I tried to set a preview 
area again no preview area is shown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected that red border rectangle with the phone screen size in the middle 
that could be placed either by arrow keys or by drag & drop. Instead I get 
nothing. There is, however, a second window thumbnail in the taskbar for that 
preview area when I press the button, but not on the screen.

Please provide any additional information below.

In the .PNG attached I only left relevant info (as my taskbar icons where 
irrelevant)
