Website down? -> random 403 pages #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Visit any page of the Assert Studio like 
http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/icons-generic.html 
sometimes it works (except loading some svg files) after a reload it the same 
result. After a Ctrl+F5 I get a 403 page. Very strange behavior.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That page which I know and used several times.

Please provide any additional information below.

Firefox 29.0.1 @ Windows 8.1 x64
