Actionbar icon fill opacity not applied

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Generate an actionbar icon for the Holo Dark theme using clipart.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Actionbar icon with a fill color of white at 80% opacity (as per ui 
guidelines), but instead the fill color is white.

Please provide any additional information below.
Chrome 16.0.912.63 on OS X 10.5

Here's the output when selecting one of the stock icons (cross2.svg) and the 
holo dark theme. I've not tried all of the stock images, but I see the same 
result on search.svg and on my own svg's that I can drag in to chrome.
