[Add] Support for RGB and colors with & #31

Basically the title says to add or consider adding color support both in the Terminal and in the other sections

This is a function we have considered for a long time. However, since the & symbol is not officially supported, we consider that users will confuse this with the standard console command execution behavior, so we have not implemented it.
