move to bazaar

Well I think I've been convinced, there does not seem to be a point in
staying on SVN here. What we need to do now is to use bzr-svn to import the
google code hosting trunk to a branch on launchpad that we will have commit
access to.
After this is imported as a "main" or "trunk" (don't know how we should
call it) branch on launchpad, we need to see if we can close this svn thing
here.

And then make a modest 0.2.3 release to include the icon crasher fixes and
the XDG directories thing (but not the rest from unstable branches).

I can't do the svn import myself, at least not at the moment, it seems that
APT won't let me install packages for that.

Also, someone would need to teach me how to backport fixes/merge *properly*.

For release note, you can look at what Totem dev did :
"NEWS: totem-2.21.94:
Note that configuration files are now in ~/.config/totem/ instead
of ~/.gnome2/Totem. You will need to move the files by hand"
