entity problem with ecchi wiki #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a web watch for wiki.ecchi.ca/Site/AllRecentChanges
2. select the web watch

You will get:
» est non valide
self.wTree.get_widget("lblExtraInfo").set_label(watch.get_extra_information())

still happens as of today, but does not seem to cause crashes. It's a bit 
suspicious
and might need to be investigated for 0.3 though?

I have a watch with this url and i don't have any problems when the watch has an
update! It could be that my system does not use the "»" character

Will not be fixed in this release...It has something to do with character 
encoding 
and i have no clue how to fix it
