hide error log tabs when debug mode is deactivated #112

Two issues:
- the error log tab still shows when you "edit" a watch and debug mode is
deactivated

The only problem here is consistency. Do we want to hide them all, show
them all or only show the one in the menu, when debug mode is not active?

this works if you restart specto, but would it be (easily) doable to do it 
on-the-fly
too?
