Enhancement: possibility to execute a command/script for an event #121

Hi, I think it would be very useful if Specto could be configured to
execute a command or script when a watch detects an event. For example, I
would use it to download updated files using wget, or start burning a file
to CD after it is downloaded, etc.

The new specto release (0.3) allows to run a specific command when a watch is 
updated
(for example the process is finished).

Please be patient, we hope to release it as soon as possible!
