GVFS watch missing #125

A plugin for checking file/folder changes is missing in the 0.3 series.

Since we are to rewrite the thing, might as well do it with the new
GVFS/GIO instead of the old and deprecated gnome-vfs.

There is a watch that looks for changes in folders (it is still buggy, i have to
admit this...) but no watch yet that will look only one file...

For this file-watch i want to use something different than comparing the file 
size,
so for text files, we could compare the content, but i dont know how we could 
check
the difference from binary files (or word/pdf/.... files)
