Clean option should not be in View menu but should be in Edition menu #140

In french version of Specto 0.2.2, we find the "nettoyer" ("clean" in
english i guess) menu entry in the "Affichage" ("view" in english i guess) menu
Usually actions like that are found in the "Edition" menu
People don't expect to find actions in the "Affichage" menu therefore that
action is hardly discoverable.
I propose to move the "Nettoyer" entry into the "Edition" menu
