/usr/share/pixmaps is deprecated #25

We should put our logo icon directly inside the Hicolor theme, I think.

We simply need to install an icon to the HighContrast theme. To do this, a PNG 
file
can be copied to $prefix/share/icons/HighContrast/48x48/apps

and/or we can include the SVG version in 
$prefix/share/icons/HighContrast/scalable/apps

Fixed. Our SVG icon now installs into 
$prefix/share/icons/HighContrast/scalable/apps

However, you need to do this, after using setup.py:
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor
