specto has no executable permissions #26

specto (the file) has no executable permissions, preventing it from being
properly launched by launch.sh; ideally we should get rid of launch.sh
entirely.

this may require cleanup a pretty much everywhere in the code

Fixed the execution permissions (svn propset svn:executable ON specto), do you 
think
we can still try getting rid of the mess we have here?

The necessary cleanup has been done in r44; launch.sh is no more :)

re-added launch.sh to allow the use of gnome launchers (they are dumb), but its 
use
is not mandatory.
