window list applet settings

it would be nice to be able to configure the following:
- displaying specto or not in the window list (not enabled by default,
anti-HIG kinda, but some people might like this)
- add an option to allow "urgent" gtk status for the notifier window when
there are updates. Maybe disabled by default, because it annoys a lot of
people, and it is certainly not "unobtrusive".
