allow displaying only updated watches #31

In the view menu, there could be a checkbox item "Show updated watches
only". When activated, the notifier window would hide all the watches that
have no updates. This allows keeping a clean UI for those who have way too
much watches.

Could be based on the existing feature "show all watches", which currently
toggles between showing everything or hiding watches that are not "active".

If that's the case however, we need to rename that other feature as "Show
active watches only", and make sure it doesn't collide with this new feature.
