remove button in the edit menu and notifier toolbar

Thomas McColgan: what do you think about having a remove button beside the
add button, instead of having to go through edit watch?

Thomas McColgan: yes but i think ading the button would actually add
clarity: I actually thought that is what "clear" meant, at first. But if
there was a minus beside the plus for add that would make it pretty clear.

Started in Wout's branch, the button is available in the toolbar.
Need to add it to the Edit menu.

still buggy: the remove and edit buttons should be stock buttons (and, as such,
automatically translated), both in the menu and toolbars.
