statusicon becomes a floating window when the panel is killed #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have an updated watch or something to make specto display its icon
2. killall gnome-panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
reattaching the icon to the tray was what happened automatically with
libeggtrayicon when we used it. I suspect the move to gtk.StatusIcon broke
our logic (we still have the logic from the ancient times).

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Specto or GTK, as I have seen this in
other apps like seahorse.

invalid, I cannot reproduce in gnome 2.20, so it was likely a panel or gtk
issue.
