Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn

Please provide any additional information below.
Some strings contained in import_export.py cannot be localized because they
are not extracted and put into the pot file.
Most notably:
the dialog title
the informational label at the top of the dialog
the text on the import/export button

this is already fixed in the SVN version :)
