Sound notification would be awesome #68

I think it would be awesome to have sound notification when a watch gets
updated as well as poping up notification bubble!

This may be none, some or fully configurable option at your (developers)
taste...

What do you think?

preferences->sounds->a watch is updated :p

what do you mean? isn't that feature already implemented in the preferences?

not active by default). Tell me if it works for you.
