instant messaging contact watch

Be notified when a specific user is online.

When the watch updates, it will log-in as "invisible" to the
msn/jabber/icq/whatever network, check your friends list to see if the user
is online, and notify you if that's the case.

Ideally this should not be limited to one protocol, so we should use
http://telepathy.freedesktop.org to support any of them.

I don't think this is really within the scope of Specto.

What will you do with this information?
