need a clear button in the edit menu #84

The edit menu would benefit from having an individual watch clearing
button, since it is not in any toolbar anymore.

There is a clear button available in the right-click menu (right-click an entry

the notifier window)

That is nice, but there still needs to be a button in the top menu (for 
usability,
you can't depend on contextual menus :)
