endless spinning wheel bug on fully loaded page #1734

Steps to reproduce

open the random manga chapter,
go to the home screen or switch to the other app.
open Neko again or go back to it from recent apps view.

Expected behavior

no spinning wheel should appear when the page is fully loaded.

Actual behavior

the endless spinning wheel appears on the middle of the screen even if the page is fully loaded. you can still use the reader as normal and interact with the page.
