Feature Request: Separate saved pages/covers directory

Describe your suggested feature

Prior to version 2.16, pages and covers manually saved by the user are saved at a user-defined downloads location. This is no longer the case with 2.16. I tend to set image download directories in applications to /sdcard/Pictures/<application>, but this is no logner an option for Neko. It would be appreciated if the option to have a separate download location for user-saved pages and covers.

I've gone and read the discord:

I don't think allowing user-defined locations will make them be in random locations (because the user gets to set where they go). I have no experience with Kotlin whatsoever, but I'll submit a PR to set custom page/cover storage locations with the default being in /saved if I somehow manage to get it to work.

I still don't particularly understand the reasoning behind it, though.
