"Planning to read" from Anilist sync doesn't seem to work both ways #1829

Steps to reproduce

Refresh "plan to read" category.
Use "Refresh tracking metadata" option in the Tracking section of the app settings.

Expected behavior

Manga added to said category via Anilist should, in theory, appear.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens, only skips already present manga because they're exempt via the "ignore not started" option.
"Refresh metadata complete," and nothing added.
