Hi Evgeny, add please russian language for russian users linux on matebook. And update please information for MateBook 13 2020 and AMD Edition. Big thanks :)

I don't own a MateBook 13 2020, nor AMD Edition, so I have no information about those. If you do — feel free to write it up and submit a pull request.

As for Russian translation, I don't think it's worth my time. If you feel like doing it and submitting a pull request, though, that would be appreciated.
