Fix for iwscan hang that happens when wifi isn't working properly.

I discovered that iwscan could hang when I was attempting to diagnose faults in my ESP-01 caused either by my own error or by incorrect pullup resistors. Turns out iwscan wasn't properly resurrecting the console after an error.
