Onscreen joystick feedback (HTC Incredible) #106

I mapped it to move forward, backward and to strafe left and right. It works 
pretty well, and I'm sure it works great with a Nexus One's trackball. 
Unfortunately the optical trackball on the Incredible is awful for gaming since 
it can only sense movement. The only playable way to look around is to use the 
screen. If you also add tilt input or multitouch I'm sure you'd make some 
people very happy. By the way, excellent work!

My on screen joystick is very wonky. On incredible 2.2 stock ... mapped the same

Use latest 1.1f test build which has a highly improved virtual joypad.
