What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use this config: http://pastebin.com/x5d4nkr9
2. load on t-mobile pulse
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game to load. It loads the game, flashes the map for a second then quits.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest from download on android 2.1

Can't reproduce the issue. The config doesn't look sane though (e.g. it sets a 
too high game resolution which doesn't exist on phones). I can't say what the 
issue is. It might be something which triggers a driver bug or so. The main 
thing which helps performance is to enable vertex lighting. Some other options 
could help perhaps .5fps but vertex lighting helps at least 25%.
