It looks like you've already solved this, which is great. But if anyone else runs into the same issue: the extraction tool is command-line only, it doesn't have a GUI to use. This means you need to run it from the command-line, by using something like PowerShell or Bash. Just navigate to the folder it's in and run the extraction command as per the README afterwards.
