Non-optimal play #9

Minimax seems to be losing more than it should against a random player, about 15-20% loss (minimal draws, win % was around 80%).

Should be fixed in 9cd1b7867194ca4c0245ecc3e3716537bd1a2dd8, I wasn't going down the full tree if a player was blocked. For reference, I believe it ended up with 4 losses, 2 ties from 50 matches with seed 0 and the reference client.
