Move the docs to RST format to publish it on symfony.com #319

We'd like to publish this bundle (and its docs) at https://symfony.com/bundles to promote it more in the Symfony community.

If you agree, we'd need the docs in RST format. This PR does the needed changes, in case you agree on this.
