stop-position outside of range 0 – 1 #71

Using version 0.27,
I get the error

gource: gource.conf: stop-position outside of range 0.0 - 1.0 (inclusive)

when I define "--stop-position 1.1".

I would like to generate a video by piping to ffmpeg as instructed on the
wiki, but I would like to set the end time just slightly after the last
commit, so the graph would "settle down".

Gource now waits for all the users to disappear before exiting, so you 
essentially get this behavior essentially.
