--hide-user-images option #79

--hide-usernames hides usernames.  --hide-users appears to hide both the 
usernames and the avatars.  I'd like to just hide the avatars.

Hi. I think if you use --user-scale 0.00001 you'll get the effect you're 
looking for - users so tiny you can't see them :)
