[BUG][Affiliate] Customized Category - Add validation for same Sub Category Name inside "Edit Category"

Repro Steps:

1. Go to Customized Category
2. Choose one category
3. Tap ADD SUB CATEGORY button in the Customized Category screen
4. Tap Add Categories
5. Create new sub category
6. Tap Add Categories again
7. Create new sub category with the same name with the existing subcategory

Result:

• Allows to create same sub category name.

Expected Result:

• Should not allow same category name upon tapping Submit/check button on Edit Category UI.

Note:

• Validation for same sub category name is on Customized Category UI upon tapping Submit/Check button.
