Avalanche Canada tends to post tomorrow's avvy forecast around 4pm each day, so (in the absence of any kind of push notification or proactive polling) we can schedule that to post at 5pm each day.
I think it makes sense to post the webcams from Whitewater around 7:00am each day so you can take a look when you're planning your day, and then maybe again at midday to get a look at what you're missing out on and decide whether to go for a lap.
I'll split them into two workflows and try and configure GHA's scheduling to run them at the right time.
