Develop json functionality on a different branch so that usable code stays available.

[x] Address https://github.com/anelson0528/finance-tracker/issues/4
[x] Make the rest of the code interface with json file
[x] BEFORE MERGING: make sure that the reverted commit on the master branch gets overwritten (https://github.com/anelson0528/finance-tracker/commit/7c6c23fe12c41c3d79c1e35e9cf28301bc6bfd6b)
[x] Also addresses https://github.com/anelson0528/finance-tracker/issues/1
