What's the Probrem? #3

We have a tiny ("hipster") drying rack @FoundersCoders

FAC kitchen area

The dish drying rack gets full quickly and requires someone to pack it away at regular intervals. This is time-consuming and means people don't wash up because there is "no space" to put anything else to dry.

So... I propose we re-engineer the whole thing to so the _Drying Rack_ becomes the _Storage_ (so no packing away is ever required!)

This saves our most precious resource: _Time_
