Being rested, really does make a substantial difference to concentration/focus abilities: After an early night and good night's sleep, I played a few puzzles and managed to get a decent scrore. ðŸ’
Todo: go to bed earlier and get more/better sleep!
Two night's ago I had a horrible night's sleep (less than 4h) and as a direct result I couldn't play chess to save myself! 😩
Last night I got 7h sleep and feel about 70% rested. (I have years of sleep debt to pay off...) But the graph is very different when not exhausted:
