It's been exactly 9 months since the post was published and it's only been liked by two people: image

One of them is me, the other is probably the Authors Mum or best friend.

This can be for a number of reasons: a) Medium is a crowded publishing platform and there is too much noise and no way of surfacing valuable content. b) The author https://medium.com/@donevogel does not have enough "followers" on the platform: image c) The concept (constant work and discipline to achieve success) does not appeal to people.
