Bullet Journal #696

The single piece of advice I would give anyone (or a younger version of myself) is: write! Write as much as possible. Everything that comes into your mind get it down on paper.

There are hundreds of articles and videos on the subject of Bullet Journaling:

I've been journalling since age 18 and have amassed a stack of journals that chronicle the different stages of my life; . I have my own "system" which is basic compared to the more advanced Bullet Journal systems, and while I don't feel like my journaling workflow is holding me back, I am always curious how others are doing it to see what I can learn/improve.

I'm going to reserve 1h of time to researching this when I'm feeling less focussed on my work.

As you might imagine, I know a whole lot about bullet journalling.

I'm happy to capture why I chose not to bullet journal if that would be useful.

@iteles your feedback/insight would be most welcome! ❤️ (my initial feeling is that it's good for personal use but useless in a team setting because all insight is locked in a paper system without any visibility ... who uses a paper-based calendar...?!) 😕

There are some good things to it but mostly it's a lot more effort than it needs to be (and agreed, useless in a team setting unless you transfer to a shared workflow).

I'll write thoughts up this week in a bit more detail 😊
