This is such a no-brainer. I couldn't agree more.
You would be very surprised how often there are CTOs who last wrote a line of code 20 years ago. 🙄
They may faintly remember how but they don't do
it on a daily (or at least regular) basis. 🤷♂️
So they are completely out-of-touch with modern tools and end up with unrealistic expectations.
The worst is when the CTO hasn't written code or used a particular technology and yet dictates its' use. 🤦♂️
Anyway, gotta get back to my work. But wanted to snapshot this. 👍
