Look into patching replay so it pre-decompresses rlogs #39

I suspect this is the reason for much of the jitter between segments.

Might just solve this by pre-downloading the logs and pre-decompressing them.

Pre-decompressed rlogs do not appear to remove the jitter. It might be h265 issues instead. Downloader does it anyway though.
