Remove Alaska-specific Code from Core Functions

There are a lot of use-case specific functions and implementation details in the Funtions/ folder in lecospec. These should be removed in order to make the code transferable to other use-cases and locations. Some examples include:

• Adding 'Forb' to factors.
• Hard coding functional groups
• Hard coded visualizations
• file path issues
• Logging is unique to classifiers
• Remove Alaska-specific variables
