add new Young Saurian portrait #145

The existing Young Saurian portrait has dimensions of 205x205, which is smaller than the usual 400x400. So, here is a new portrait of the proper size. I'm not sure if the new portrait is actually an improvement, though, so I'm hiding it behind an ifdef for now.
