[Units] [Saurians] [1.17.7] Clean up if PR is merged. #18

Since PR https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/6905 is open and might be merged, the campaign might have to accomodate if IDs are changed. Opened a tracker to keep tabs.

[ ] Saurian Prophet
[ ] Saurian Guard
[ ] Saurian Sentinel

Seems Saurian Guard and Saurian Sentinel will be added instead, so the campaign can keep the ranged focused Spearthrower-line and the 2 newer saurian units can be added in as well.
