Initial Forest Mask Off Issue

1. call up fcav2
2. immediately go to theme menu and click Archived FD D Maps
3. zoom in somewhere that something is going on
4. now add checkmarks to the second and third recent products (turn them on underneath)
5. go to MASKS menu and uncheck the composite Forest mask

You get no maps displayed at all, even though three maps are checked on

Now you can check or uncheck the composite Forest mask as much as you want

nothing ever draws

I think that parent mask need to be activated at https://github.com/nemac/seldon/blob/master/seldon.js#L985

I believe that I have fixed this. Waiting for feedback to roll it to production.
