Re-instate the graying out of the nested checkboxes for mask. For example when all forest mask is active user shouldn't have the ability to activate mask by forest type (e.g. deciduous). I think this may have been inadvertently removed during the masking re-architecture most likely in one of these commits: https://github.com/nemac/seldon/issues/60
