Layer legend graphics are overwritten when masks are enabled. #76

This behavior is reliably recreated in ol-fcav in the Duration Products theme, Duration Products accordion section.

User activates a mask.
User activates a layer (Fixed 12-year period). The legend graphic for the layer is added.
User activates another layer (Fixed 6-year period). The previous legend graphic is replaced by the legend graphic of the new layer, instead of added.

This behavior only happens when a mask is enabled.
