Is this JD2 extension still being maintained? #4

I tried to follow the steps of injecting the extension to the latest (2020 summer) JD2 but failed to find the json file in ./update folder as you mentioned. I am using macOS and not sure if my issue is because the structure of JD2 has changed or because of the OS variation. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, no I have not used this extension in a while. It isn't being updated and I don't plan to make any changes, sorry.

Here's an interesting bit I didn't notice before. Maybe Jdownloader has its own server built in?

I can confirm that this extention still works, tho you do have to re-install it everytime there is an update.

The installation method I found that works is to edit the extensionInfos.json file, and then do a config backup, this causes JD2 to restat and load the extention.
