Graphical improvements of the basecategory index page #16

We need to pimp the base category index pages, example: http://apps-beta.meego.com/basecategories/meego/1.2/netbook/

Placeholders added in CSS for all categories. Now we need the icons and then adjust the backgrounds of the appropriate containers in the CSS.

This has now been done with the new layout.
