All UX of a certain version of the OS should be discoverable by end users if there is at least 1 core package available. We should show all the UX icons on the front page so that people are aware of the offers and can browse the packages.
If we wait until apps coming from repositories that belong to a certain UX then we delay the whole discovery and possibly cause a bad user experience.
This should also encourage the responsible teams for a certain UX to publish their apps as soon as possible.
